Boxing
Boxing is one of the most challenging, yet rewarding sports out there. Whether you’re looking to learn self-defense, to relieve stress, lose weight, tone muscle, gain confidence, improve mental health or simply just have a fun workout, our boxing program has got you covered!
Our program focuses on learning proper technique and basic self defense.
We offer adult small group classes, semi-private sessions, and private sessions for both adults and kids at any skill level.
Strength Training
Strength Training is the key to living a higher quality life. In order to have improved bone health, better joint function, increased muscle mass, enhanced strength, improved posture and balance, improved sleep, chronic disease management, and increased confidence and mental health, it all stems from strength training.
Our program focuses on keeping you healthy and strong so you can continue to do the things YOU LOVE for as long as possible.
We offer private sessions, semi-private sessions, and adult small group classes.

About Us
Nate is a Santa Barbara local who enlisted in the military when he was 18 years young, serving for four years with two deployments to Afghanistan. Upon returning home, Nate re-enrolled in school and attained his Bachelors in Kinesiology from Westmont College. In 2018, Nate received his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification and has been coaching athletes and the general population since. Nate himself has competed in powerlifting, boxing, and half marathons.
Amy, originally from Sacramento, came to Santa Barbara for school where she attained her Bachelors in Business Management from Antioch University. In 2016, Amy received her personal training certification and has been training clients ever since. This is also the same year that Amy and Nate met in a gym (imagine that). Just like Nate, Amy has also competed in powerlifting, half marathons, and boxing. Amy’s a current amateur fighter who has learned from local legends, Coach Joe Pommier of Santa Barbara and Coach Joseph Janik of Ventura.
Nate and Amy have been embarking upon the entrepreneur life ever since 2020 when they built their own backyard gym to keep people healthy and sane during the pandemic. Currently, they are co-owners of Pinnacle Performance where they enjoy working alongside Tim Hoyt Fitness. In their free time, they both love to lift weights, box, help homeless dogs, go on adventures with their dogs, spend time with good friends, and travel when able to.
