Nate and Amy are very involved with the local county shelter. They spend time there weekly helping the dogs by taking them on runs, walks, and getting them into playgroups. Not only does this help their physical and mental state, but it also gives them exposure which raises their chances of being seen and getting adopted.

Amy created Rescue805dogs on Instagram to help shelter dogs find homes and plans to turn it into a 501C nonprofit this year. Amy and Nate are known for all the volunteer work and fostering they do for the shelter and consistently put on donation drives to help fund needs such as bones, toys, blankets, etc.
